How do I clean my sauna?
Unplug the sauna from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners inside the sauna.

What type of wood are your Heilsa sauna's made from?
Canadian Hemlock

Can I store my sauna outside?
We recommend that your infrared sauna is stored indoors at all times. It should be located in a dry and leveled area, far from water sources.

Do I need to hire an electrician?
No, you do not need to hire an electrician. Your infrared sauna plugs directly into a common 3-prong outlet (120V 60Hz).

How long does it take to assembly the sauna?
Once you've picked the location of the sauna, assembly will take 30 to 60 minutes. All of the sauna panels easily buckle and fasten together. How much energy does the sauna use?
